Graduate Certificate in Clinical Research Scholarships

All cancer health professionals employed with the VCCC allied partners are invited to apply for a 50% fee remission award to support enrolment in the Graduate Certificate in Clinical Research with the University of Melbourne.

The Graduate Programs in Clinical Research have been designed to provide graduates with medical, biomedical, nursing and allied health backgrounds the opportunity to advance their clinical research skills and capabilities. The nested award suite provides a flexible program of study, allowing participants to develop and hone their research skills.

Subjects:

Core Course modules include:

* Principles of Clinical Research

* Study Design in Clinical Research

* Responsibilities in Clinical Research

* Data Analysis in Clinical Research

Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn practical skills for the research in the clinical setting
  • Gain a broad understanding of clinical research practice
  • Understand the ethical principles behind clinical research
  • Learn how to construct well designed research questions
  • Advance your career with pathways through to our Graduate Diploma and Masters level programs  

Cost:

Total cost - $12,084 

50% fee remission from VCCC - $6,042

Contribution from student’s organisation - $6,042

The University of Melbourne offers staff and their immediate families a discount of up to 25 percent on tuition fees for the Graduate Certificate in Clinical Research. Completed forms should be uploaded in the supporting documentation section of the online application.
